Pomeroy & Associates, Ltd., has a quality assurance program which emphasizes training and peer review. We believe the best work is performed by individuals who are properly trained, and who work together as a team. Each individual is required to take responsibility for checking his or her own work, as well as the work of other members of the project team. Our personnel are organized under technical departments consisting of land development/municipal, transportation, structural, and surveying. Projects are assigned to a project manager who has the appropriate technical expertise. Project managers take responsibility for preparing design drawings and all technical details. Design drawings are prepared and checked by the design team and then are reviewed by another staff engineer or surveyor. Pomeroy & Associates' experienced, professional staff members have engineering or surveying degrees form major universities and are registered by the State of Ohio to practice engineering or surveying. Our professionals maintain their expertise by participation in professional societies, attendance at technical seminars, and through practice and study. Our firm encourages all of our staff to continue their education through tuition reimbursement. |
